My Approach

Warmth, compassion and collaboration are keys to my individualized approach to psychotherapy. I enjoy helping adults and adolescents find balance, harmony and joy in their lives. Often people need someone else to talk to. Taking a non-judgmental approach to therapy, I guide people to a better understanding of their feelings and behaviors and help them find their own unique resolution to their concerns. The compassionate approach I take to therapy is aimed at helping you find inner peace and self-confidence. Specialties include: depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship difficulties, substance abuse, PTSD and trauma.

My practice combines psychotherapy with the power of neuroscience to utilize the interconnectedness between the mind and body. 

I will prioritizes your needs and goals, and may include supportive, psychodynamic, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, internal family systems, supportive or solution-focused techniques. 

For some the hardest step in finding help is making the initial call, and I strive to make that first step comfortable and welcoming.
